You will get a tree trunk, which should have a thickening at the bottom where the roots are - this way the tree will be more stable.

2. You need to make branches at the top of the twisted bag. Just carefully tear the paper and “unravel” the branches and twist them in a spiral.

3. Use the handles of the bag to wrap it around the tree trunk and seal it. This will make the craft stronger and more stable.

4. Prepare plasticine or glue and start attaching autumn leaves to tree branches.

*If desired, you can attach lionfish to the tree.

* If you want to “revive” a tree, you can make eyes and a nose from acorn caps by gluing them to the trunk. You can use plasticine for the pupils.

* You can make a mouth out of rowan berries and your tree is ready!

You will need:

Small jar with lid

Leaves (preferably artificial and small)

Superglue or hot glue

Glycerol.

1. Take a branch and cut it so that it can fit into the jar.

2. Glue the branch to the inside of the jar lid. You can also glue several small pebbles around the future tree.

3. Take a few small artificial leaves and glue them in a random pattern onto the branches of the tree.

4. Pour glycerin and some water into a jar and stir.

5. Insert the lid with the tree into the jar.

* If you are afraid that a child may accidentally open the lid of the jar, you can glue the lid. But to begin with, it’s better to leave it unattached, in case you need to adjust the tree and/or leaves.

This craft will last for several months. Then the water will begin to change color from contact with internal materials.

1. Using a thread, connect 4 branches into a frame.

2. Using thumbtacks, attach a piece of self-adhesive film to the frame.

1. Cut the petiole from each leaf. Fold all the leaves in half along the midrib so that the wrong side of each leaf is on the inside.

2. Place the leaves between the pages of a thick book. Leave overnight to get straight leaves.

3. Take a sheet of paper and draw a leaf of any shape on it. Cut out this sheet to create a stencil. In this example, an oak leaf stencil was used - its dimensions are 7.5 x 17 cm.

4. Take your leaves out of the thick book and carefully arrange them according to color scheme. In this example, all the leaves were arranged from green to red.

5. Take a sheet of cardboard and place it on the table. Step back 1 cm from the left edge, attach your stencil and trace it. Cut out the shape on cardboard. After the cut out figure, step back another 1 cm and cut. You will end up with a rectangle with a leaf cut out in the center.

Elves of Petra Werle: sculptures that chose their author

French artist Petra Werle creates funny fantasy people using a wide variety of materials: pieces of bread, feathers, dried leaves and flowers, insect parts and seashells.

In Petra's early work, bread crumbs were the main material from which she created playful sculptures depicting couples in intricate erotic poses. The artist later moved on to another medium, creating works reminiscent of a mixture of Kabuki theater, fashion catwalks and baroque drama. The product consists of two elements – a vase and flowers.

For flowers we need:

• leaves of different sizes and colors;
• glue gun;
• wire or thin twigs (for the stem);
• scissors, pliers (for wire).

Be careful with the glue gun if you are doing leaf crafts with your child. It’s better to trust your child to select the leaves, arrange them by color, cut them and serve them to you.

As it turned out, leaves with slightly curved edges produce more realistic roses (green flower). Try to curl the edges of the leaves to avoid any petals sticking out. Large leaves can be cut in half. For a rose 8-10 cm in diameter, you will need 15-20 leaf fragments measuring 5-6 cm.

Progress:

1. Take the wire and bend the edge.

2. We begin to form a rose from leaves and their fragments. We wrap the first sheet around the eye of the wire and secure it well with glue. We continue to glue the leaves in a circle, filling the empty spaces.

3. The bottom row is the sepals. Take 5 leaves of small size and contrasting color. Glue it in a circle, thereby covering all the “insides” of the flower. In the photo you can see small red leaves under green petals - these are the sepals.

4. The stem of the finished flower can be wrapped in floral tape and several leaves can be tied to the stem. If you are using twigs, simply glue a couple of leaves along the stem of the flower. The autumn rose is ready.

To form a beautiful bouquet you will need several flowers - 3,5,7. Try to make them different in both color and size. It will look more colorful this way. You can fit several buds into the composition. They will help fill empty spaces in a flower arrangement.

Vase for autumn bouquet

For a themed vase you will need any small bottle (glass or plastic), twine, a couple of acorns or hazelnuts. And, of course, a glue gun or any other glue. We wrap the bottle with thread, periodically securing the result with glue. We attach nuts or acorns to a small piece of twine using glue. We tie the result on a vase.

If your bottle was large, you can decorate it with an appliqué made from halves of a nut shell or any cereal at all. Instruct your child to come up with something to decorate the vase with. Direct his imagination in the right direction.

Now you can form a beautiful bouquet of flowers and put it in a vase. It will be more convenient if the height of the stem of each flower is different. You can fill the space in several tiers.

Mushrooms made from ordinary cotton wool are very similar to real ones. They are not made very quickly and require perseverance, so children who have already entered 3rd or 4th grade can take on making them.

To get them, you need to prepare:

• potato starch paste;
• glass of water;
• brush;
• gouache;
• tea leaves;
• cotton wool

This will be needed to make mushrooms.

You need to cut out circles from cardboard and make two holes in the center of them. It should look like this:

Afterwards, you need to form a ball of mint and dip it into the paste solution. Wait until the material is well saturated with the composition, squeeze lightly.

The basis for topiary can be newspaper crumpled into a ball. To prevent it from straightening out, it can be pre-coated with glue and secured with threads. A thick stick can be used as a trunk. It needs to be installed in a pot of plaster and wait until the latter hardens.

Good afternoon, we continue to talk about autumn crafts. And today I have prepared a new batch of ideas for crafts on the theme of autumn. Here you will find the most beautiful works, suitable for children in kindergarten, as well as more serious art objects worthy of the hand of a master. Origami

Using the quilling technique.

Autumn means beautiful golden leaves. From narrow strips of paper you can transfer openwork beauty autumn leaves. In the photo below we see simple openwork twists using the quilling technique. For such airy leaves you don’t need a lot of paper. And such work is quite easy to do for school-aged children.

Young children can fold simple leaves - where each element of the leaf is ONE single large quilling twist.

And more complex leaf crafts on the theme of autumn are made in several stages. First, we draw the outline of a maple leaf on a piece of paper. Then we fill this silhouette with twist modules - starting from the center and gradually moving to the edges of the silhouette. After the entire interior of the sheet has been collected, all that remains is to paste one continuous strip of paper along the entire contour edge of the craft.

Or you can start making crafts with veins(as in the left photo below). First, stretch the veins from strips of paper - following the drawn contours of the veins on the paper - stick a pin into the end of the drawn vein, stretch a strip of paper, wrap it around the pin and glue the second half of the strip to the first half. After all the veins have been collected and secured with pins, we begin to lay out the twisted paper modules.

There are different quilling techniques for creating patterned twist modules. By alternating different patterns and shades of color, you can create real masterpieces-crafts on the theme of autumn (like these oak leaves with acorns in the picture below).

Quilling modules can be stacked in autumn painting-panel(as in the photo below). I explained in detail how to make such shaggy flowers and showed them in photographs in a special article.

Birds, rowan branches, squirrels, and hedgehogs may appear on quilling paintings and crafts on the theme of autumn. Everything that has to do with the autumn forest.

If you are just starting your first steps in the quilling technique, then it is better and easier to make an autumn theme Rowan craft.

This craft has simple berries - round twists. And simple leaves - twists in the shape of an eye (that is, the same circle-twist was first loosened and untwisted, and then squeezed with fingers on both sides, giving the shape of an eye).

Children of primary school age They already have dexterous and strong fingers enough to twist and flatten quilling modules themselves. Therefore, they will also be able to do simple crafts on the theme of autumn using the quilling technique.

For example, it’s easy to make a hedgehog like this and a round, relaxed, bull’s-eye cord.

Thin crepe paper (crumpled or corrugated) is suitable for very beautiful autumn-themed crafts for children. You can make a tree craft from a roll of toilet paper. Or an autumn flower craft on an ice cream stick leg.

The most important thing is to learn how to make multi-layered lush pom-pom flowers. In the article “” I give detailed explanations of how to make such lush flowers quickly and easily with children’s hands in kindergarten.

And here they post this sketchy photo instruction. And I give a step-by-step description of your actions.

Step 1– place colored sheets of paper on top of each other (crepe paper or colored table paper napkins)

Step 2– we fold this stack of colored bougie layers in the form of a regular accordion (as when making a paper fan)

Step 3– make a rounding at both ends of the folded fan with scissors (this is so that the edges of the flowers are oval)

Step 4– we pull the middle of the fan with wire or rope and tie it in a knot.

Step 5– we move the blades of our fan apart from both ends and in both directions – and we move the colored paper layers apart, peeling them apart from each other. We get a lush rainbow cloud.

And now we either partially insert this cloud into a tree trunk (a toilet paper roll) or attach it to the stem of a flower (an ice cream stick or a long skewer). And in the end we get a wood craft. Or craft an autumn flower.

Craft for autumn.

Newspaper wreath.

An ordinary newspaper can be a beautiful autumn gift or a craft for a school competition on the theme of autumn.

Newspaper sheets We paint with gouache in different autumn colors. Next, we fold each sheet in half several times and trace the silhouette of the blank for the future petal on it. The silhouette can be in the shape of a triangle (or a heart). We cut out such colored silhouettes. And now we twist each of them so that the point of the triangle (or heart) looks up.
